Change your habits

Change your habits

How can I change my life if I don't change my habits?

How often do you find yourself doing the same things in an automated way?
I bet there is one day a week in which you eat pizza-or to go to the mall or to do the same things as always.
We are human beings and like animals we love habits.

NATURES OF MEN ARE EQUAL;
IT IS THEIR HABITS THAT SEPARATE THEM. (CONFUCIUS)

Many times out of fear of the unknown, of change or of taking ourselves out of our comfort zone, we keep doing the same things, often without a reason! (tell the truth--even you reading).

All the way I thought. What if I created healthy habits for myself? Wouldn't that be better?

Habits that follow, They have personally changed my way of life, lifestyle, health, energy, will to do.... I found resources of creativity that I didn't even know I had. In short, try it to believe it. Here's how:

1. DRINK HOT WATER AND LEMON

Do you want to start your day right?
It starts like this, with warm water and lemon. It's written all over the place by now, and the results are really tangible.
Not only does this habit give you energy and improve your mood, but it helps you lose weight, rebalances acid PH, cleanses the body, cleanses the skin, is a diuretic, helps eliminate the coffee habit, and much more. Breakfast is a quintessential habit-get used to it then.
Green tea is also a great antioxidant!

2. THANK YOU-YOU'RE ALIVE!

This, too, has become an automatic habit, thinking about falling asleep and waking up alive. No, it is not so obvious.

Therefore as soon as you open your eyes in the morning, thank(whomever), because life has given you another day, TODAY. Live today as if you were to die tomorrow... sounds like a cliché (indeed it is), but it is pure truth.
LIVE TODAY AND BE THANKFUL!
Gratitude is one of the most obvious expressions of the ability to love unconditionally.

3. DO MEDITATION

It is perhaps one of the hardest habits, but it is guaranteed.Five minutes a day can make all the difference in your entire existence. Whether it's yoga, the Tibetan 5, reiki, sun salutation, dog, plants, people, etc. devote time to yourself to get in harmony with your deepest self.
Listen to your breath, be silent, close your eyes and be aware of what you are doing in PRESENT time. It takes ONLY 5 minutes a day but your life and energy will take a stratospheric leap!

4. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

Do you spend your days doing something that doesn't make you happy? Do you have a job you hate? Would you like to do or be anything else in life? Don't worry, you are not alone. You can try to do something different, such as. Find time to cultivate your passions That don't require you too much effort to do them. Always ask yourself. "what really makes me happy to do or be"? There will come a time when you will no longer understand whether what you are doing is a job or a game.... If you want something you can find the time!

5. SPEND SOME TIME OUTDOORS

It is likely that when you go out in the morning it is dark and when you come back even... how is it possible? did you not see "the light"? This is a trouble... Man was born to be in tune with nature, However, it finds the world to spend even a few minutes a day with it.
Even if you don't live by the sea or in nature, believe me that even a walk outside the country is enough!
Do you think that just during a walk the idea for this blog was born....

6. BE KIND TO YOUR NEIGHBOR

It is clear that we cannot ALWAYS be nice even to those who want us badly (after all, it's not like we can please everyone). There is a way to improve our days and those of others, simply with an extra smile, with kindness and with the knowledge that every human being you meet is going his or her own way. However, try not to judge and above all keep away from you those who complain unnecessarily and steal your energy. The habit of being positive and trusting life Is one of the most difficult! Try it-one step at a time.

7. STAY IN THE "HERE AND NOW"

How many times have you been driving down a stretch of road and forgotten the route you just took? Who was driving instead of you? You were simply projected into the future (or past) and missed the whole present! How many times do you eat at the speed of light until you later wonder, "What did I eat?" The theory of "here and now" and of the present is thousands of years old and I certainly did not invent it. One of the phrases I love is "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a gift!"
When something is wrong, return to your PRESENT!

CHANGE YOUR HABITS AND YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
